History
This House built in the 1700s is the oldest building remaining in Eastville.
Eastville is renown for having the oldest court record in the US.
Named for the stream that runs alongside, over the years the property has been used as a residence, doctor's office, administrative office. In 2022 it was carefully converted into a comfortable one bedroom suite.

You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed.
All the furniture are antiques coming from the Eastern Shore

The Livingroom also has a small desk where professionals and business travelers can work remotely. The house has high speed WIFI and many electric outlets.
